Shop layout
Classic Textiles has large premises on three full floors, and there is so much fabric here once you have passed through the opening section there is not much room to move. However, fabric is still accessible and staff will help you access the rolls that are buried a bit too deeply.
Stock
A huge, inexhaustible source of all sorts of fabrics covering all the basics and hosting a wealth of unusual fabrics. Once you start exploring you are bound to dig out something special.
Customer service
There is a big team on hand at Classic Textiles, who give the place a bustling energy and makes it the most popular shop on Goldhawk Road. They are forthcoming and proactive, offering you assistance or space if that’s what you want. Fabric is cut as you stand, rather than on tables.
Staff knowledge
Staff are knowledgeable about stock and textiles generally, or they can pass you on to someone who knows more than they do if you like.
