Shop layout
The Berwick Street Cloth Shop is fairly crowded – it is necessary to negotiate big boxes of roles of fabric stacked vertically and to squeeze intimately past any other customers. The shop is full of beautiful wonders to look at and touch.
Stock
Stock is more luxury and exquisite than basic.
Customer service
So far untested as the prices remain prohibitive.
Staff knowledge
As above (though presumably the staff must have intimate knowledge of their unusual stock).
