Shop layout
A very small pale premises with a hush-hush feel. Fabrics are arranged neatly on shelves from floor to ceiling. Advertises as catering to the film and fashion industry so probably does a lot of business 'behind the scenes' rather than through the shop premises.
Stock
Stocks exquisite and unique fabrics. They have their own weaving facilities so some of the fabrics really are exclusive to the shop.
Customer service
Perhaps more used to dealing with – and more open to helping - the international fashion elite, and those in big budget show business than with the DIY layman?!
Staff knowledge
Obviously very knowledgeable though this knowledge does not seem to be forthcoming to the average Joe unless you probe persistently.
